Meghan Murphy is a multidisciplinary visual creator focused on telling impactful, emotionally-driven stories across music and athletics.
As a former collegiate athlete, Meghan specializes in sports and live events; translating fast-paced moments into visuals that feel honest, dynamic, and deeply human. She has photographed campaigns and live events for top brands and organizations including Red Bull, Adidas, Hoka, Connecticut Sun/WNBA , Boston Fleet/PWHL, Boston Legacy FC/NWSL, Athletes Unlimited, and Boston Marathon.
Meghan’s creative background spans journalism, marketing, and production, with roles at House 17, Cape Cod Life Magazine, and Global Athletics & Marketing. She also served as Assistant Director of Creative Media and Team Photography Coordinator for the Falmouth Commodores of the Cape Cod Baseball League.
Her roots in live performance run deep. Raised in a musical family, Meghan grew up immersed in concerts, rehearsals, and theater. That early exposure sparked a passion for performance storytelling; photographing indie artists and shows like the Newport Folk Festival, and touring with American Idol performers KAYKO, Blake Proehl, Haven Madison, and Kaibrienne.
Meghan earned her B.A. in Journalism from the University of New Hampshire '20, where she competed as a varsity rower.
Influenced by her East Coast upbringing and athletic background, she continues to approach each project with empathy, intention, and a deep respect for the communities she documents.
Based in Nashville + Boston, Meghan is available for assignments worldwide.
